The first quarter of 2023 saw notable trends in the performance of the top Business Finance & Business Solutions apps on the Android platform in Nigeria, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Square Point of Sale: Payment had a relatively stable performance with weekly downloads hovering around the 400-500 range. Downloads peaked at 501 in the last week of December and saw a slight dip to 360 by late January, before stabilizing around 450-470 towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed a consistent increase, starting from 987 in late December and reaching 1.3K by the end of March.

Stripe Dashboard experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting at 196 in late December and fluctuating between 94 and 223 throughout the quarter. Active users initially increased from 639 to 698 in early January but saw some fluctuations, ending the quarter at 592.

Invoice Maker & Billing App showed a steady weekly revenue trend, peaking at approximately $53 in the final week of March. Downloads remained relatively stable, with a slight peak of 153 in mid-March. Active users for this app remained consistently high, starting at 2.3K in late December and maintaining around that level throughout the quarter, peaking slightly at 2.5K in mid-March.

Zoho Invoice - Invoice Maker saw stable weekly download numbers, with a notable peak of 251 in early February. Active users increased gradually from 464 in late December to 567 by the end of March, indicating steady engagement.

Lastly, QuickBooks Online Accounting experienced a small but notable weekly revenue peak of about $19 in mid-February. Downloads fluctuated slightly, starting at 91 in late December and ending at 106 in late March. Active users showed a slight decline in January but remained stable around 1.3K throughout the quarter.
